What kind of concrete pad do I need? Level for a baler, slight grade is acceptable for a compactor. Six inch thick, three thousand pounds, steel reinforced.
Is a forklift needed to install the equipment? Yes, its needed for both install and offload.
My business is in a city with a "franchise waste hauler" can you supply me equipment? Yes.
Is maintenance included on rentals in Greater Dallas Fort Worth? Yes, normal maintenance and repairs are included.
Does your equipment have warranties? New and refurbished include warranties.
Whats the lead time once I place an order? In most cases 4 to 8 weeks on new and refurbished 1 or 2 with used if in stock.
Whats the best way to save on my waste hauling and maximize recycle rebate long term? By seperating the equipment from the hauling agreement.
Are there rental restrictions? Yes. Rentals are limited to Greater Dallas Fort Worth TX. Companies or individuals need credit approval / insurance / building occupancy permit. Equipment is for waste and / or recycle generated exclusively at that site. see agreement for full details.
Do you buy used equipment? Yes, We buy good select equipment locally.

Baler FAQ

What type of Cardboard Balers do you sell? Vertical and Horizontal.
What's the most popular Vertical Baler and why? For cardboard it's the "60 30" Standard. The O.C.C. bales up to 1000 pounds are large enough for maximum rebates.
Besides cardboard can I bale aluminum cans with a "60 30" Vertical Baler Standard? Our opinion is most "60 30" VB stds make poor to fair aluminum bales. We would recommend a Vertical Baler set up with a long stroke cylinder with a thicker rod and bore in addition to a few more horsepower
What are the advantages of a 72 inch Vertical Baler? The larger loading chamber and bale size reduces labor costs, electrical power consuption, maintenance and wear and tear.
Can I install a Vertical Baler outside? Vertical Balers are designed for indoor use, or in an weather tight environment.
When should I consider a Horizontal Baler? When you generate a couple of bales a day.
Who can pick up by bales? I would choose the company that pays the most and provides the service and terms I like.

Compactor FAQ

What type of compactors do you sell? We sell Stationary, Self-Contained, Precrushers, Balers and more.
What is the most popular compactor and why? The 2 yard Stationary. Pricing plain and simple. The trash chute or clear top opening is a generous 60x40 inches, it's capable of handling most bulk waste, plus it delivers the m.s.w. standard 4 to 1 compaction ratio.
Why do some businesses then use a 3 or 4 yard compactor. Their waste is too large for a smaller compactor. A frequently used larger compactor can save labor, maintenance and energy costs.
What should I use for wet / sloppy / small particle waste? A Self-Contained Compactor.
I send a 30 yard open top to the landfill once a week. If I use a compactor how many hauls would I now have? Using the general rule of thumb of 4 to 1 compaction ratio, every 5 weeks using a 40 yard receiving box.
If I buy or rent from you, who can haul my receiving box? With our universal equipment both the franchise & independent hauler / recycler can.
Do you sell Receiving Boxes? We sell new and used when available.
My hauler wants to furnish the receiving box so he has the option of bringing an empty and swapping them out before he goes to the landfill /mrf. Is this ok? Yes a majority of our customers use this arrangement.
Why don't you sell or rent used / refurbished Self-Contained Compactors? They seem to always leak.
